"Москвариум" с 18 по 31 мая проведет открытые тренировки дельфинов и белухи

This information was reported by the Agency "Moscow" with reference to the center's press service.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see the training of dolphins and belugas at the oceanarium exhibition in "Moskvarium" at VDNKh. Guests will learn about the characteristics and behaviors of marine animals, as well as about the profession of a dolphin trainer.

"Adults and children will be able to personally witness that dolphins are one of the smartest and friendliest animals on the planet," clarified the press service.

In some training sessions, visitors will be able to see a beluga named Ponka. In addition, the center regularly works with seals, Asian otters, and capybaras.

"In the interactive part of the training, visitors will be able to feel like a real trainer, use a trainer's whistle, and learn how to train their pets with commands," concluded the press service.

Earlier, a viewing window was opened for visitors of "Moskvarium" to observe the orca Naya, who gave birth to a baby weighing about 150 kilograms at the end of last year. The pregnancy lasted 18 months, and the delivery took place over 10 hours under the careful supervision of specialists.

The scientific-practical conference "Ocean in the City" opened at "Moskvarium."
